There is a good chance the reason you are unable to open links in your email is because of the R.O.B.E.R.T. filters you have enabled.
The way you can try to solve this is:
In most cases, links found in emails or newsletters are blocked by the Ads + Trackers blocker, as they're generally filtered through tracking agencies (like googleadservices, etc) to determine the success of those campaigns or because they're hosting the ads themselves.
