Usually confirmation emails are received instantly, but sometimes it can take a bit. Be patient and wait a while. Be sure to also check your Spam/Junk/Promotions/Trash folder, as sometimes it ends up there by mistake.

Make sure you've also entered the correct email. You can also try deleting your email from the account and adding it back.
